Directorate Changes

The Company today announces a number of changes to the plc board:

·; Rose Colledge, who joined Work Group in December 2000 and has most recently run the Company's London and Hong Kong operations, is to be promoted to the Board and appointed as Group Chief Executive with effect from June 21st 2010. Further information on Rose Colledge is set out below.

·; Simon Howard will continue in his role as Executive Chairman but will reduce his time commitments to the Company.

·; Michael Warren, Group Finance Director, has decided to step down from the Board and will leave the Company with effect from July 31st 2010.

The Company intends to appoint a replacement plc finance director prior to the announcement of its Interim Results in September 2010. In the meantime, Julian Maslen, the current finance director of Armstrong Craven and Work regions, will be appointed to the Company's operating board and will attend plc Board meetings. Michael Warren and Julian will be working closely together to ensure a smooth transition. Michael Warren has also agreed to orderly marketing arrangements with the Company with regards his Work Group ordinary shares.

Simon Howard, Chairman, said: "Promoting Rose to the role of Chief Executive is a significant appointment for the Company and we look forward to a new era of growth under her leadership. It is now ten years since the Company was originally founded and the time is now right for a change of leadership and for the considerable talent we have in the business to take up the reins.

Rose Ruth Colledge, nee Gonsalves (aged 44), is currently a director of Work Group Limited (incorporated in Hong Kong) and president of Work Group Inc. (incorporated in Delaware, USA). She holds 385,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company.

Other than as set out above, Rose Colledge has confirmed that there is no further information required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
