Staffline Recruitment Group plc01 March 2005 STAFFLINE RECRUITMENT GROUP PLC John Crabtree appointed Non-Executive Director Staffline Recruitment Group plc, a leading provider of recruitment andoutsourced HR services to industry, is pleased to announce the appointment ofJohn Rawcliffe Airey Crabtree as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of theRemuneration Committee, with immediate effect. Mr Crabtree, aged 55, was formerly senior partner of Wragge & Co the Birminghambased corporate law firm. Whilst in this role, John was responsible for thefirm's evolution into a practice with 100 partners and a turnover of £75million. John is Non-Executive Chairman of Metalrax Group plc, SLR Holdings Ltd, MGIWenham Major and Birmingham Hippodrome Ltd, and Vice President of the BirminghamChamber of Commerce. He also holds Directorships of Airey Limited, Arden ManorDevelopments Limited, Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry, BirminghamHippodrome Theatre Trust Limited, and Warwick Racecourse Company Limited. Directorships in the past five years: Howarth & Airey Limited Mr Crabtree was a non-executive director of H&A Wines & Spirits Group Limited inrespect of which an administration order was made on 24 April 2003.
