Change of Group Finance Director

Tarsus Group plc ('Tarsus' or 'the Group'), the international business-to-business media group announces the appointment of Dan O'Brien to replace Ashley Milton as Group Finance Director. 

He will replace Ashley Milton on the Board on 4 July 2011. Ashley Milton will leave the Group on 31 July 2011.

Dan O'Brien, 44, was previously Group CFO of Shine Group, which prior to its acquisition by News Corporation, was the largest UK independent TV production company. His previous roles include being Group Finance Director of Huveaux PLC, the AIM listed B2B media Group and Group Financial Controller of Eidos plc, formerly a London and NASDAQ listed computer games company. He is an ACA and qualified as an accountant with Deloittes.

His track record has demonstrated an ability to deliver in that environment and his international and acquisition experience will be important as Tarsus continues to build its emerging markets business.

Tarsus confirms that there is no further information required by Listing Rule 9.6.13R to be disclosed in relation to Dan O'Brien.
