Board Changes
Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM.L), a leading global provider of integrated collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, announces that its Finance Director, Paul Tuson, has resigned his position with the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Tuson will remain with the Company for up to three months to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities. The Company will be announcing a replacement in due course, as soon as an appropriate candidate has been identified.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Tuson and wishes him well for the future.
