Jeremy Townsend, who is 44, joined the Company in June 2005 as Deputy FinanceDirector. He was previously employed by J Sainsbury plc where he held variousfinance roles including Group Financial Controller, Corporate Finance Directorand Strategy Director. Prior to Sainsbury's, he was employed by Ernst & Youngworking in audit and corporate finance. Jeremy is a Fellow of the Institute ofChartered Accountants of England and Wales.
