Appointment of Directors
In accordance with the Articles of the Company, the Company's sole director, Terry Back, has appointed Sir Robin Miller and the Board, comprising Terry Back and Sir Robin Miller, subsequently appointed Lord Howard Flight as directors of the Company. Both appointments took effect from 12 September 2019.
Sir Robin Miller is currently non-executive Chairman of Brave Bison Group plc and a non-executive director of Crash Media Group Limited, Gruppo Media Limited, Bikesportnews.com and a Trustee of the Golf Foundation.
Lord Howard Flight is Chairman of the EIS Association, Aurora Investment Trust and of Flight & Partners; he is a non-executive director of Downing Four VCT plc and Marechale Capital Limited and was previously a non-executive director of Metro Bank plc and Investec Asset Management Limited.
