DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

RSA Insurance Group plc (RSA) today announces the appointment of Charlotte Jones as a Non-Executive Board Director effective on 1 April 2018. Charlotte will join the Group Audit and Board Risk Committees.
Charlotte is currently Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Jupiter Fund Management plc ("Jupiter").
Charlotte has significant FS, financial and accounting expertise. In addition to her FTSE 250 board experience as an executive director of Jupiter Fund Management, she has held a number of senior finance roles within Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank and was a partner in Ernst & Young's financial services practice.
Charlotte brings a wide range of commercial, investment, finance, risk management, regulatory and capital experience from the banking and asset management sectors.
Commenting on the appointment, RSA Chairman Martin Scicluna said:
