Board change

Turbo Power Systems, the innovative power generation and conditioning equipment supplier, announces that Jim Vickerman, a Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board at the completion of the Annual General Meeting on 14 June 2011.

The Board wishes to thank Jim for his significant contribution to the Company, especially during his period as interim Chief Executive from October 2010 until 3 May 2011.

The Board intends to appoint a new Non-Executive Director in the coming months.
