Mr Maguire has resigned for personal reasons and hasconfirmed to the Company that there are no other matters relating to hisresignation that should be brought to the attention of shareholders. ElizabethGooch, the Company's Managing Director will resume responsibility for sales andmarketing. As a result of Mr Maguire's resignation his options, over 285,667ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, have lapsed.
