DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Lamprell announces that Ellis Armstrong has decided not to stand for re-election as a Director at the 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Dr. Armstrong has been an independent Non-executive Director for Lamprell since 27 May 2013 and he, together with the Lamprell Board, recognise the importance of refreshing its independent directors at appropriate times. With effect from 1 January 2018, Mr. James Dewar will replace Dr. Armstrong in the role of chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. Until the 2018 AGM, Dr. Armstrong will continue in his roles as the Company's Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Company's principal board committees.

Full year results for 2017 will be announced on 22 March 2018. The Group is planning to hold the 2018 AGM for Lamprell plc on Wednesday 23 May 2018.
