Daily Mail and General Trust plc (DMGT) announces that, after 14 years on the Board of DMGT as a Non-Executive Director, Francisco Balsemão has indicated that he will not stand for re-election at DMGT’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 8 February 2017 and will retire from the Board with effect from the same date.
