Ken Bowles, Group Chief Financial Officer, appointed to Board

Smurfit Kappa Group plc (“SKG” or the “Group”), one of the world’s largest manufacturers of paper-based packaging products, with operations in Europe and the Americas, announces the appointment of Ken Bowles, Group Chief Financial Officer, to the Group’s Board of Directors with effect from 8 December 2016.
Ken Bowles was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2016. He previously served as Group Financial Controller and, prior to that, held a number of other senior financial roles in the Group since joining in 1994.
