Steppe Cement Limited10 April 2007 Steppe Cement Limited Appointment of Non-Executive Director Steppe Cement Limited is pleased to confirm the appointment of Paul Rodzianko toits Board of Directors with immediate effect as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Rodzianko, 61 years of age, is a New York based businessman with a diverserange of international experience, including executive positions in energy andother companies in Kazakhstan, Sweden, Ukraine, Russia and the United States. Mr Rodzianko is currently the Managing Director of International of GreenFuelTechnologies Corporation, a senior advisor to Access Industries Inc and anAccess representative before the President's Foreign Investment Council(Kazakhstan). He is also a director of Energibolaget i Sverige (StockholmSweden) and a member of the International Advisory Board of Credit Rating -Ukraine. Mr Rodzianko is also a previous director of Azima Inc. His prior executivepositions include Senior Vice President to Access Industries Inc (1996-2005),Chairman of the Board of GreenFuel Technologies Corporation (2004-2005),Director of CNPC - Aktobemunaigas (2002-2004) and Senior Advisor to thePresident and CEO of the Tyumen Oil Company (1999-2002). Mr Rodzianko presently maintains an interest, or has held an interest during thelast five years, in Energibolaget i Sverige, GreenFuel Technologies Corporationand Azima Inc. Mr Rodzianko has not been involved with any unspent convictions in relation toindictable offences, bankruptcy, voluntary arrangements with creditors,receiverships, compulsory liquidations, creditors voluntary liquidations,administrations or other matters which require disclosure pursuant to paragraph(g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules.
