Director change
Morgan Sindall Group plc announces that, having served for nine years, Patrick De Smedt has notified the Board of his intention to step down as senior independent director and a non-executive director of the Company on 31 December 2018. David Lowden will take over from Patrick as senior independent director with effect from 1 January 2019.
