Elderstreet Milnm Vent Cap Tst PLC 01 February 2007 Elderstreet Millennium Venture Capital Trust plc1 February 2007Board Changes Following the announcement on 22 January 2007 that the Offer by Elderstreet VCTplc for Elderstreet Millennium Venture Capital Trust plc ("the Company") hasbeen declared unconditional in all respects and in accordance with theannouncement on 29 November 2006, Michael Stoddart, Philip Ling, Chris Kay andJohn Young have today resigned as non-executive directors of the Company. HughAldous remains as a non-executive director. The Company also announces the appointment of David Brock, who is the chairmanof Elderstreet VCT plc, as a non-executive director. David is also chairman ofJN Group Limited, Episys Limited, Actif Group plc and Americana InternationalLimited and a non-executive director of the Puma VCTs and Illuminator plc. Hehas interests in venture capital both as a private investor and as an adviser tovarious funds. Other than as disclosed above, there are no further disclosuresrequired under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of David's appointment.
