Pittards (AIM:PTD), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors is pleased to announce that Mr Richard Briere has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect from 19 March 2019.
Commenting on the appointment, Reg Hankey (CEO) said; "We are delighted to have obtained Richard's services, he has broad experience across the manufacturing and distribution industries and we look forward to welcoming him to the team".
The following details in relation to the appointment of Mr Richard Briere (aged 45) are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:
