MFI Furniture Group PLC19 May 2005 19 May 2005 MFI Furniture Group Plc ("MFI")Board Change Mark Horgan has indicated his intention to leave MFI at the end of August 2005in order to take up an appointment as Chief Executive of The Number 118 118. Hehas accordingly resigned from the Board of MFI with immediate effect and willnot be standing for reappointment at today's Annual General Meeting. Mark willremain a member of the Group Executive Committee until his departure and in thatcapacity, will continue to oversee the stabilisation and recovery programme inUK Retail. A search for a successor is underway.
