Appointment of Non-Executive Directors
Brady plc appoints Geoffrey Bicknell and Patrick Brazel as Non-Executive Directors.
The Board of Brady plc is pleased to announce that Geoffrey James Bicknell, aged 65 and Patrick Brazel, aged 50, will both join the Board of Brady plc with effect from 2 January 2008.
Geoffrey is also Non-Executive Director of Acta Spa and Trafficmaster plc and he was previously a director of Maxima Holdings plc and Northgate Information Solutions plc.
Patrick is also Non-Executive Chairman of GoldTier Technology LLC and he was previously a director of Newcode Limited, Polarlake Limited, Digital Minds Limited, Eontec Limited and Netik Limited.
There are no other details to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or to Schedule two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
The Board also announces that Graham Simister and Neil McArthur will retire from their roles as Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 December 2007. The Board wishes to thank Graham and Neil for their significant and valuable contributions since joining the Company in 1995 and 2004 respectively.
