Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC announces the appointment of Pars Purewal to its Board as a Non-Executive Director. He joins with immediate effect and will sit on the Risk, Audit and Nomination committees.

Pars retired as a senior partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in June 2019 after a career of more than thirty years. His experience included being PwC's UK Asset Management leader for ten years and Finance Partner for both Asset and Wealth Management. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW and also a Non-Executive Director at Hermes Fund Managers Limited.

 

Toby Strauss, Chairman of the Company, said "I am delighted to welcome Pars to the Board. We will value both his commercial leadership and financial services experience and I look forward to working with him."
