BOARD CHANGE
Xaar plc ("Xaar" or "the Company"), the inkjet printing technology group headquartered in Cambridge, announces that Mr Richard King has now retired from the board as a non-executive Director.
Phil Lawler, Chairman, said: "We would like to thank Richard for the huge contribution he has made to Xaar over the years. Richard has mentored and counselled the board wisely since the Company was founded in 1990, assisted with the successful Initial Public Offering in 1997 and has been an important part of the team which has delivered the growth of recent years. We wish him well in retirement."
