John Wood Group PLC (the "Group") - Board changes
Retirement of Director
D John Ogren, a non-executive director, will retire from the Board at the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Company and shall not stand for re-election.
John has been on the Board since 2001 and has served on the Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
Commenting on the change, the Chairman, Sir Ian Wood said, "The Board is very grateful to John for his valuable contribution to the Company over many years and he leaves with the Board's very best wishes for the future."
