Following 3 years with the Group and the recent successful completion of the £234m rights issue, Barbara Richmond, Group Finance Director, has decided to leave the Group by mutual consent at the end of June to pursue other interests. Barbara had joined the Company from Croda International plc where she was the Group Finance Director.
Andre Lacroix, Group CEO, commented "I would like to wish Barbara all the very best for the future and thank her for her contribution to the company during her three years with the Group, including the successful restructuring and rights issue completed earlier in the year."
Barbara Richmond commented: "I have enjoyed my time at Inchcape. I leave the group in good hands, with a robust capital structure and a strong management team capable of meeting the demands of the future. I wish them every success."
The Company will be starting a search for a new Group Finance Director.
