The Company announces the resignation, with effect on 30 June 2010, of Michael Samuel, as a non-executive director of the Company, as a result of his wish to create more time in which to pursue his other business interests.
The Company has benefitted greatly from Michael's insight and experience. The Board wishes him well and thanks him for all his input to the board and its work.
