Bristol Water plc announces that today Keith Ludeman was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr Ludeman is currently a Non-Executive Director of Network Rail PLC and Interserve PLC and succeeds Moger Woolley. Keith Ludeman, is the former Chief Executive of Go-Ahead Group plc, the FTSE 250 transport services provider, which operates significant rail and bus services in the UK and North America.

Moger Woolley has acted as a Non-Executive Director for nearly twenty-two years, fourteen of which he has been Non-Executive Chairman, initially on the boards of the listed parent companies Bristol Water Holdings plc and Bristol Water Group plc prior to the agreed takeover in 2006 by Agbar.

Luis García, Chief Executive of the Board of Bristol Water plc, said:
