Harry, aged 49, is Managing Director of Cleland & Co Limited, CharteredAccountants which he founded in 2003. He was previously a partner at Ernst &Young from 1998 - 2003, having joined their Guernsey office in 1987. He is afellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. David, aged 52, is an Executive Director of MPR International ManagementLimited, a Guernsey based fiduciary services business wholly owned by Fortisplc. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Walesand has worked for the MPR Group since 1972 specialising in Trust & Corporatework. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Marwyn Value Investors Limited andHemisphere Defensive HF (USD) Limited. Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Sykes, Chairman of IFPT, said: "It gives me great pleasure to welcome Harry and David to our Board. Theirconsiderable experience and industry knowledge complements that of the otherdirectors, and will be of great benefit to the Company." There is no information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 for eitherdirector. IFPT also announces that, due to personal reasons, Paul Smith will resign as adirector of the Company, with effect from 13 March 2006.
