Remuneration Committee Membership

 

Schroders plc announces that Frederic Wakeman, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 August 2024.

Deborah Waterhouse, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, stepped down as a member of the Remuneration Committee effective 31 May 2024. Deborah remains a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nominations Committee.

This announcement is made pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.6.
