DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Beale is pleased to announce that Catherine Norgate-Hart has been appointed as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Catherine has considerable experience in high street retailing. Since 2008 she has been a director of KDC Trading Ltd which she co-founded.

Between 2008 and 2012 she was a non-executive director at Grabol Alok UK Ltd. She was also a non-executive director at Maclaren Europe Ltd from 2009 to 2012. Between 2007 and 2009 Catherine was a Non Food Product Strategy consultant for Musgrave Group PLC.

From 2004 to 2007 she was Buying & Merchandising director of TJ Hughes PLC. From 2002 to 2004 she was Commercial director at Woolworth PLC. Prior to that she held senior positions at TJX Companies Inc (USA) (Executive VP Buying and Merchandising director), BHS PLC (Buying director) and the Burton Group PLC (Brand director).
