Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Aggreko plc, the world leader in the provision of temporary power and temperature control solutions, announces the appointment of Ken Hanna as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.
Ken Hanna is Chairman of Inchcape plc and a non-executive director of Tesco plc. A
chartered accountant, during his career he has worked in a number of general management and financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Cadbury plc from 2004 to 2009.
Commenting on the appointment, Philip Rogerson, Chairman said: "We are delighted that Ken Hanna has agreed to join Aggreko. His significant international experience and financial expertise will add further strength to Aggreko's board".
