Diales Group Plc (AIM:DIAL), the global specialist dispute avoidance and dispute resolution consultancy, today announces that Shaun Smith will step down from his role as Chair of the Board by the end of his notice period (being 11 September 2025), to concentrate on his other business interests.

Throughout his tenure, Shaun has provided invaluable insights and strategic guidance, contributing significantly to the Company's transformation and resilience. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the Company's direction through its integrated strategy launched in December 2023, and we are grateful for his commitment and contribution.

The Board extends its sincere appreciation for Shaun's contribution and wishes him continued success in the future.

The Board has already commenced a search process to appoint his successor.
