Directorate Change

The Directors of Masawara Plc (Masawara) announce the resignation of Jason Harel as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Jason will, however, continue to serve the Company as he has been appointed an alternate director to Iqbal Rajahbalee.

David Suratgar, Chairman of Masawara, commented; "As part of our continual efforts to ensure the right mix of skills on the board, whilst at the same time keeping the size of the board optimal, Jason has resigned as a Director following the recent appointment of Stephen Folland. We are pleased that Jason will continue to serve the Board in his capacity as an alternate to Iqbal Rajahbalee".
