Frank Dee has retired from his position as non-executive director and vicechairman of Leeds Building Society, with effect from 2 April 2008, following thecompletion of an agreed term of office of 9 years. Rodger Booth, a non-executive director of the Society since 2000, has beenappointed as the Society's new vice chairman.
