Resignation of Director

Environmental Recycling Technologies plc ("ENRT") announces that Lee Clayton, Managing Director, has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect in order to enable him to negotiate a significant new licence on behalf of a potential US licencee. As it is expected this will require the establishment of a new company involving Mr Clayton, the board of ENRT has formed the view that Mr Clayton is conflicted and therefore has accepted his resignation.

Lee Clayton was initially appointed as a non-executive director in January 2012, subsequently becoming Chief Operating Officer with effect from 28 August 2012 and has been Managing Director from 31 July 2013.

The Company also announces that it is in discussions which, if completed successfully, would result in the acquisition of a business operating in a complementary sector.
