CONFIRMATION OF RETIREMENT OF AMANDA BURTON AS NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 and previous announcements on 18 December 2013 and 16 September 2014 that Amanda Burton formally stepped down from the board with effect from 16 September 2014, having served for 9 years.
