Retirement of Glen Moreno
Man Group plc announces that Glen Moreno, who has served as a non-executive director on the Board for 15 years and as Senior Independent Director since 2002, will be retiring from the Board at the Annual General Meeting on 9 July 2009. Glen's role as Senior Independent Director will be assumed by Alison Carnwath who has been a non-executive director since 2001.
The Board pays tribute to Glen's enormous contribution to Board debate and decision making through the various stages of the Company's development and gives him their very best wishes for the future.
