Directorate change

Following confirmation on 2 March 2018 of completion of the package of proposals announced previously by the Company, Havelock Europa PLC (HVE.L), the international interior solutions provider, announces that Donald Borland has advised the Board of his intention to resign as Director and Company Secretary in April 2018, following Board approval of the results for the year ended 31 December 2017.

Pending the appointment of a permanent Board replacement, the recently appointed Head of Finance, Bruce Middleton, will assume responsibility for all finance matters. He will be supported by Ian Whybrow, an experienced Finance Director, on an interim basis, for a period of four to six months.
