West Bromwich Building Society appoints new Non-Executive Director
The West Brom is pleased to announce the appointment of James Turner to its Board as a Non-Executive Director.
James is the Director of Group Finance at Prudential plc and prior to joining Prudential was the Deputy Head of Compliance for Barclays.
He also held a number of senior internal audit roles across the Barclays Group leading teams that focused on global retail and commercial banking activities.
Commenting on the new appointment, West Brom Chairman Mark Nicholls said: "James is a very welcome addition to the Society's Board and brings with him a broad range of finance, audit and risk management experience.
"He will have an important role to play in assisting the West Brom as we continue to strengthen our position as the leading building society in the region and to support the financial wellbeing of our members."
