LED International Holdings Ltd22 August 2007 LED International Holdings Limited ("LED International" or "the Company") Board Change LED International, the AIM quoted manufacturer of LED products, announces thatMervyn Cragg, having seen the Company through its successful IPO onto AIM, hasresigned as a Finance Director and as a Director of the Company to concentrateon his other business interest. The Company will announce a replacement for Mr Cragg in due course. The Company's registered office has changed to Unit 17, 11/F., Hewlett Centre,54 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
