In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Lloyds Banking Group plc (the "Company") announces that Simon Henry, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Rio Tinto plc (listed on the London Stock Exchange) and Rio Tinto Limited (listed on the Australian Securities Exchange) with effect from 1 July 2017.
