Synchronica plc ("Synchronica" or the "Company"), the international provider of next-generation mobile messaging solutions, announces that, following the announcement from Myriad Group AG earlier today that all the remaining conditions to the offer for Synchronica PLC have been waived and that the offer is now wholly unconditional, Angus Dent has stepped down as Chief Executive and from the Board with immediate effect and left Synchronica.
