Next plc has pleasure in announcing the appointment today of Caroline Goodall as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2013.
Caroline has over 30 years' experience in the legal profession, with more than 20 years as a corporate finance partner at Herbert Smith, including 5 years as head of the Global Corporate Division. She is currently a non-executive director of SVG Capital plc and a non-executive on the Partnership Board of Grant Thornton UK LLP, as well as a trustee and member of the Council of the National Trust.
The Board confirms that no other disclosures need to be made under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of this appointment.
