Fred Newby joined the Eleco Group in 1991. He has been Managing Director ofEleco's precast concrete subsidiary, Bell & Webster Concrete Limited since 1994. During his time as managing director of Bell & Webster Concrete, he has overseenthe expansion of Bell & Webster Concrete's pre-cast concrete facility atGrantham and the successful development of a number of key products, notably theBell & Webster Fastbuild(R) room system.
