Directorate Change

It is announced that Ian Chippendale is to step down as a Non-Executive Director of HomeServe plc with effect from 31 March 2015.

Ian joined the Board in 2007 and became Senior Independent Director in 2010.

Commenting, Barry Gibson, Chairman, HomeServe plc, said:

'I would like to record our appreciation to Ian for his significant support and contribution to the Board over the past eight years and to wish him a long and happy retirement.'

Mark Morris will become the Senior Independent Director. Stella David will replace Ian as chair of the Remuneration Committee and Ben Mingay will be appointed as a member of that Committee. These changes will be effective on 1 April 2015.
