Appointment of New Directors
The Company announces today that Carl Braime and Alan Braime have been appointed executive directors of the Company with immediate effect.
Carl Oliver Braime, aged 31, has worked at Braime since 2003. He has not been a director or partner of any other company or partnership in the previous five years. He currently holds 35,175 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.33% of the total number of shares in issue.
Alan Quentin Braime, aged 29, previously worked at KPMG LLP before joining Braime in 2006. He has not been a director or partner of any other company or partnership in the previous five years. He currently holds 35,175 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.33% of the total number of shares in issue.
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies.
