Cosalt PLC12 April 2005 Cosalt plc Board Appointment 12 April 2005 David Ross has purchased 1,675,461 ordinary shares in Cosalt plc ("Cosalt"),representing 12.6 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the companyand has accepted an invitation to join the Cosalt Board as a non-executivedirector with immediate effect. Mr Ross, aged 39, is non-executive Chairman of National Express plc, DeputyChairman of Carphone Warehouse Group PLC, and a non-executive director of BigYellow Group PLC, Trinity Mirror plc and Wembley National Stadium Limited. Hewas previously a non-executive director of Intrinsic Value plc and ITIS HoldingsPLC.
