BOARD APPOINTMENT
CAPITAL & REGIONAL APPOINTS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Capital & Regional plc, the co-investing property asset manager, announces that Neno Haasbroek has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 September.
Neno was educated at Grey College in Bloemfontein, South Africa, and obtained a BSc Building Science degree from the University of Pretoria (1979) and an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand (1983). He joined Rand Life Assurance as property manager in 1980 and became Investment Manager of Allianz Life in 1983. In 1985 he co-founded Baker Street Associates, a group that specialized in property broking, development and management. Neno is a co-founder and director of Attfund Limited, one of the largest private property investment companies in South Africa and through Parkdev (Pty) Ltd is actively involved in the asset management of Attfund. He is a director of JSE listed Sycom Property Fund.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (2-6) of the Listing Rules, Neno Haasbroek has advised that he has no details to disclose except paragraph 9.6.13(1) as set out below:
