The Directors of Masawara Plc (Masawara) announce the resignation of Julian Vezey as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

David Suratgar, Chairman of Masawara, commented; "Julian was one of the founding directors of the Company and the inaugural Chief Operating Officer of Masawara Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, the Companies Investment Advisor. In that role, Julian played an important role in the listing of the Company in 2010 and the evolution of the Group to what it has become today. We are sad to see him leave as he pursues other endeavours. We wish Julian every success in his future endeavours".
