The Company confirms that, as indicated in the Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019, Mr Peter Dunscombe has retired as a Director of the Company with effect from today. The Directors would like to reiterate their sincere thanks and appreciation for the enormous contribution made by Mr Dunscombe as a Director and latterly as Senior Independent Director of the Company. Mr David Hardie has been appointed Senior Independent Director with effect from today.
