DIRECTORATE CHANGE

LONDON - 22 November 2022 - HomeServe, the international home repairs and improvements business, confirms that as previously reported, Stella David will step down from the Board on 23 November 2022.

 

Stella was appointed to the HomeServe Board in 2010, was Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee from 2015 to 2018 and has been particularly instrumental in formulating the Company's People strategy as Chair of the People Committee.

 

Tommy Breen, Chairman of HomeServe plc, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Stella for her very significant contribution to the HomeServe Board.
