Appointment of new Chair and additional non-executive Director
Pollen Street Group Limited is pleased to announce the proposed appointment of Lynn Fordham as Chair, and James Gillies as a Non-Executive Director, of the Pollen Street Board. Lynn will succeed Robert Sharpe, who as confirmed at the time of the Annual General Meeting, will be stepping down after completing a nine-year tenure on the Board.
Lynn brings extensive board-level expertise, having served as both an Executive and Non-Executive Director across a range of industries. Currently, she is Chair of NewRiver REIT Plc, as well as Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at NCC Group plc, Caledonia Investments plc, and Senior Independent Director at Domino's Pizza Group plc. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Enfinium Group Ltd.
Lynn's executive career includes her role as Managing Partner at Larchpoint Capital LLP, a private equity firm managing family capital, and as CEO and Executive Director of SVG Capital plc, a former FTSE 250 private equity investment firm.
James brings a wealth of experience from many years working on all aspects of alternative investments. Currently, he is a Member of the Board of Directors of EverStory Partners, and serves on the Audit, Trust and Investment Committees. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Blue Owl Alternative Credit Fund, and a member of the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees.
