David Crowther replaces Mark Evans whohas today retired from the Board. David Crowther recently retired as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. InJuly 2004 he was appointed to the Professional Oversight Board for Accountancy,part of the Financial Reporting Council. He will, in future, chair the meetingsof the TT electronics audit committee and also serve on the remuneration andnomination committees.
